Personalised 4 Autism specialises in providing support for individuals on the autism spectrum, and we have some exciting opportunities across our service.  Based in Northampton, we operate several supported living services in the area and are always keen to expand our team.

Our aim is to support individuals to live as independently as possible with a core focus on achieving their personal goals.  Our support is tailored to each individual, and can range from just a few hours, to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The support can take many forms, from assisting with general household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping, to seeking active engagement in the local community through the pursuit of hobbies, employment opportunities, or socialising.

We know that we can’t deliver these services without the fantastic teams we have in place, and we hugely value their contribution.  Listening to our teams is important to us.  In a recent anonymous staff survey, 100% of our team responded that they felt the management team was transparent, and that they were comfortable giving feedback to their supervisor.  And if in doubt, 93% said that they would recommend a friend to join us as we continue to grow!
