COVID-19 – Service User Visit
** All COVID-19 restrictions have been removed in England. **
All staff at P4A, in direct contact with the people we support, continue to wear PPE, with masks being required when inside and supporting service users. Whilst we are no longer subject to regular testing, we have ensured that our supply of tests remains high. This ensures that any staff member who has symptoms can self-test and, where necessary, remove themselves from face-to-face support until they receive negative results, in line with the current guidance.
We are pleased to report that we have had a high take-up rate for the autumn booster accross the staff team and the people we support. These steps further enhance the safety measures we have already implemented.

The safety of our service users is essential, and therefore we will be adhering to best practice guidelines as we see the national restrictions ending. We appreciate your co-operation during this time and your role in maintaining the safety of the people we support.
We would ask that you continue to register any visits to the supported living houses via the online form below, and that you support us by not visiting the houses if you have a positive test result or display symptoms of COVID-19. We encourage you to perform a lateral flow test before your visit.
