We are seeking applicants that can meet the full job description attached. The successful candidate will be joining our growing team in supporting an adult’s supported living service, based in Northampton.

This role combines hands-on support for our service users—helping them achieve their personal goals—with ensuring the service is delivered to the highest standards of respect and dignity. You will oversee supported living locations, monitor the quality of care, and work collaboratively with your team, families, and other agencies.

Alongside direct support, you will help develop and improve the service by managing rotas, providing guidance to colleagues, and leading your team through supervisions and other management tools.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

Salary: £26,500 – £28,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).

Mandatory requirements:

• At least four years working in a care setting.
• NVQ Level 4 or above in Social Care.
• Experience of working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
• Full Driving License and access to own vehicle.
